Terms of Service

fnvibes provides an automated code-quality score (the fnScore) and paid, human code reviews performed by vetted senior engineers. Both assess the repositories you choose to connect and are delivered through this platform.

Your code remains yours — connecting a repository grants us and your assigned reviewer a limited, read-only license to access it solely to provide the service. We claim no ownership or other rights over your code, and everything a reviewer writes about it in your review is yours to use.

Human reviews are paid upfront: your request enters the review queue when payment completes. Reviewers may propose an adjusted price for the scope you asked for (a quote); you can accept — paying the difference — or decline and keep the original price and a correspondingly limited scope.

If your review is cancelled before work begins — including if no reviewer claims it — you receive a full refund. Once a review is delivered, payment is final. If something is wrong with a delivered review, contact us within 14 days at support@fnvibes.com and we'll make it right — follow-up, partial refund, or re-review at our discretion.

Scores and reviews are professional opinions about code quality, produced with care but delivered as-is. They are not a guarantee that your application is secure, bug-free, or fit for any purpose, and not legal or compliance advice. Decisions you make based on a review — including launching — remain your responsibility.

Connect only repositories you have the right to share. Don't use the platform to harass reviewers, scrape the service, probe it for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure, or request reviews of code you intend to use for harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can stop using the service and revoke repository access at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change means acceptance.
